Terms

  1. The competition is open to all trading n businesses with an ABN number.
  2. To enter the competition you must complete the provided registration form. You can only enter each business once - duplicate or additional entries for a trading business will only be counted as one entry. You can enter multiple individual businesses if relevant for your circumstances.
  3. To increase your chances of winning (ie increase your number of entries into the competition) you may nominate a friend by using the provided forms. Each friend you nominate must be an n business with an ABN. You can only nominate each unique business once - duplicate or additional email addresses for an individual will only be counted as one entry to you.
  4. In order for the nominated friend to win, they must register themselves using the provided form - nomination of a friend does not register that friend into the competition.
  5. To increase your chances of winning (ie increase your number of entries into the competition) you may also share the competition page with friends using the Facebook Share function.
  6. If nominating friends from the promotional emails, do not simply click 'Forward' in your email browser - you must use the provided forms to be entered into our competition.
  7. You can nominate and share with multiple friends, and therefore receive multiple entries, as long as it complies with our conditions.
  8. There is one (1) major prize in the competition which is web design and online marketing services to the value of $10,000inc. The components and breakdown of the prize will be specific for the winners marketing needs and, if relevant, may form part of a larger project with the balance being paid by the winner in terms agreed between the winner and Web Development America.
  9. All entrants in the competition who also complete the consultation form will receive a free web marketing analysis and consultation valued at $350.
  10. In order to receive the free web marketing analysis provided questionnaires regarding your business goals, services and demographics must be completed honestly. This information is strictly confidential and used purely for analysis and consultation purposes. This information must be provided to Web Development America in a timely manner and in order to receive follow up consultation you must be willing to either come to Web Development America's offices or discuss findings via phone or email.
  11. The prizes are not transferable for cash.
  12. These prizes will include, but not be limited to, Web Development America products and services such as design, web development, custom development, search engine optimisation, email marketing, consulting and strategy and social media.
  13. The prize must be redeemed and project commenced within 3 months of prize draw and announcement of prize winner.
  14. The winner will be chosen at random from all entries complying with our conditions.
  15. The winner must be willing to have their development and process to be used as a case study for Web Development America and provide feedback and testimonials. This will also provide further publicity for the winning business
  16. The winner must commit to work closely with Web Development America and to abide by the timeframes and requirements set out by Web Development America for smooth and seamless commencement and finalisation of the project.
  17. By entering this you agree to receive the occasional marketing email from Web Development America. You will be able to unsubscribe from these at any time; however the winner of the competition must be an active subscriber to our mailing list at the time the competition is drawn. Your provided details remain private and will not be used for any other purpose.
  18. Entries for the competition close at midnight on Wednesday 31/10/2012 AWST and the prize will be drawn at 12 noon, Friday Novemeber 2nd, 2012 AWST. The winner will be notified by phone and email and published in our newsletter and announced on Facebook.
